I had the most incredible day today with my little man. We went to our neighbor's 3 year old birthday party today which was held at one of our local parks. The park has a playground, a carousel, a choo choo train and truck, boat and airplane rides. It is an awesome park and we had an awesome time. When we first got there, I walked Mason to the bathroom so I could change his diaper before going to the party. As we were walking through the park to the bathroom, Mason kept pointing at the all of the rides and saying WOW. He was so excited. We went over to the gazebo where the party was being held and got our wrist bands and off to the rides we went. The two little boys that live next door to us were there too so we all rode rides together. Below are a few pictures from today's adventures at the park.
The rest of our afternoon consisted of riding the lawn mower around the yard, playing in the pool and with the water hose. Our fabulous day ended with a smores party with the neighbors and some fun playing in the street. After that, I put Mason down for the night and enjoyed listening to his sweet voice as he talked himself to sleep. It was an amazing day. I love being a mom and days like today just make it even more wonderful.
