Magic Kingdom - Take 2

Well it was late when we got back from our second trip to Magic Kingdom so I didn't get a chance to write about our evening. It was an incredible evening. As soon as we got back, we decided to try our luck and see if there was any chance we could get a reservation to have a character dinner at the Crystal Palace. Lady luck was on our side as we were able to get in after only having to wait for 10 minutes. We had dinner with Tigger, Eyeore, Pooh and Piglet. Mason was so excited to see the characters from a distance but was not quite as excited when they got to our table. He wasn't so sure about those BIG animals near him so was very cautious. Pooh visited first. Mason didn't want to get out of his high chair but i took him out so he could hug Pooh. Of course he wasn't having that either. The best we got was he touched Pooh's soft head and that was it. Below is a couple of Pooh pictures.

Eyeore was the next one up and he was Mason's least favorite. We snapped a few pictures and he moved on to the next table.

Our next character was Tigger. Mason absolutely loves Tigger. He has slept with a stuffed Tigger since he was a year old. He was excited watching Tigger make his way to our table. He kept saying with a huge smile on his face, "Tigger coming". We thought sure that he had warmed enough with the first two that he would be ready for Tigger. No such luck. He didn't want anything to do with him. If you will notice in the picture below, he has my cell phone up to his ear. He was pretending to talk to GiGi and wanted nothing to do with Tigger. Just minutes before Tigger arrived at our table, he was telling GiGi all about Tigger coming and was so excited.

After enjoying our character dinner we headed back out into the park. We walked around in the "older" kids sections to see what we had to look forward to in the next couple of years!

After several more hours, we decided to call it night. Before leaving the park, I got some pretty cool photos of Cinderella's castle at night.

Until next time......
